                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO ACCEPT 
                   A DONATION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2428

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to accept the 
       donation of real property located at 2428 North Chamberlain 
       Avenue.
